Roompot Vakanties completes real estate financing

In July 2019, Roompot signed a € 6.5 million real estate financing agreement applicable to the financing of its new headquarters in Goes. The tender process, executed in close cooperation with Integrated Finance Solutions (IFS), revealed ABN Amro Bank as most competitive. The former partner bank proofed itself to be able to provide the company with the most adequate funding at the best conditions, allowing it to renew its participation to the international group of financiers that enable Roompot to realise its strong international growth ambitions in a sustainable manner. Throughout the process, Roompot was advised and accompanied by IFS.

Roompot Vakanties
Roompot Vakanties is a group of mostly European shore-based holiday parks. The company’s origin lies in Zeeland where it was founded in 1965. Roompot Vakanties has since then developed from a simple campground in Kamperland to the Dutch market leader, offering an international choice of holiday parks in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Denmark. Currently, it offers a choice from about 160 holiday parks.
In the most recent years Roompot Vakanties extended its holiday park activities towards real estate dvelopment and home furnishings.
As of November 2016 the company is owned by the French investment company PAI Partners.

Roompot Vakanties’ new headquarters, merging three former office locations and two warehouses, is located at a stunning location on the A58 highway. It was taking into operation in July 2019.
